Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Support {#pip}

Overview: PIP is a benefit designed to help with the extra costs of long-term illness or disability. It replaces the former Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for adults and consists of two components: Daily Living and Mobility.

What We Offer:

  • Guidance through the initial PIP form (PIP1 and PIP2)
  • Help gathering and organising medical evidence
  • Personalised support preparing for the PIP assessment
  • Drafting detailed responses to the DWP’s descriptors
  • Submitting a Mandatory Reconsideration or Tribunal appeal where necessary

Already Been Refused PIP? If your claim was rejected, we offer robust appeal services — including Mandatory Reconsiderations and Tribunal representation — to ensure your mobility and daily living needs are fully considered.

Who It’s For: Adults aged 16–64 with long-term physical or mental health issues that affect daily life or mobility.

Our Strengths: We combine legal expertise with a compassionate, plain-English approach. Our support helps you fully express the daily challenges you face.

Fixed Fee: From £200 (Application) / From £300 (Appeal)

Compliance Notice: As a regulated SRA firm, PIP support is delivered under fixed-fee terms. Our team includes qualified legal professionals and supervised paralegals. AML and KYC checks are undertaken where required to meet regulatory standards.
